1. Welded machine body. Body base is installed rail after plane processing.

2. Spindle power head is mounted in the left side, pneumatic tail-stock is mounted in the right side. Tailstock is equipped with Morse taper No5.

3. Pipe flange is clamped tightly by chuck and synchronously rotate. 

4. Omron PLC controls the implementation of the welding process. Welding length, arc igniting time, arc ending time, spot welding number, welding current, welding voltage can be preset, saved and recalled via HMI .
